Laid are Swedish House/Techno producer John Andersson a highly acknowledged production and songwritter, best known for this mold and bizarre cooperations with The Human League, Kylie Minogue, Salif Kieta, Deep Dish, Stuart Price. This work are often attributed to the influence by early European dj and pop culture with acts and performers like Boy George and KLF to Ultavox. One of the best known work ”Punch Up” (BBE/Symple sounds), was completed 1997 on a 12 bit sampler and 8 track mmt8 sequencer and are still being played regularly in the glitzy night clubs of Paris to the the dark velvetclothed bassments on Fifth Avenue New York. Laid´s artistic repertoire also includes film, advertising and music for fashion designers. also known under teh artist name ZOO BRAZIL.
